No matter what you helped me grow!
I'll never hate you. I'll never have ill feelings towards you because in a short period of time you helped me grow. You helped me mature. You helped me become a better man. I know you're going to read this and my number will never change despite what I said I'll always be there for you I'm only one call away. There's not much that's needed to be said besides the fact that I appreciated your time, company and the good moments we've shared. I'll appreciate it for life. I'm here for you no matter what.

Ashamed!
Damn the first time I heard someone just completely say they're ashamed of themselves and it wasn't easy to hear. She sat next to me her skinned peeled as she itched away at her neck. I tried my best not to look but she yelled for the nurse over and over again I could help but look at her. The first time in awhile I felt uncomfortable but I kept my cool. "What are you here for" she asked. I could see that she wanted a conversation but I want to avoid talking to anyone besides the doctors and nurses when I come to the hospital but this time it was for my friend so I really didn't care to talk to anyone but she insisted. She asked me once more and I had to reply "I'm just here waiting for a friend." I was hopeful this conversation would end but she wasn't thinking how I was thinking. "I'm ashamed of myself how I look, how long it's taking me to be able to walk on my own, how much pain I'm in daily." It's the first time I've ever heard someone just say their ashamed of everything about themselves. I've heard maybe this or maybe that makes me skittle ashamed but this was the first time I heard someone just sound defeated. She told me about the incident that caused half of bed body to be covered with burn marks and I it wasn't a good site to watch because the flames that danced on her skin made sure it left its mark. I thought about my situation and my problems and they can't compare to hers. She has
Thousands in medical fees she owes and to make matters worst her ex boyfriend is the reason she's deformed the way she is. Whatever they went through she wouldn't discuss but she just said "life is painful and you'll endure some kind of pain whether it's emotional, mental, physical or psychological as long as you're alive you'll go through some kind of hurt." We discussed so much more but this lady sat down and talked to me for a reason and whatever that reason was in more focused than I've ever been. I keep my circle small already and I'm not afraid to trim off some unwanted fat if necessary.

The worst day of my life! The day my life changed. My life was headed for so much promise so much hopes a deal on the table that would've been life altering but I decided to turn it down because I lost the most important person in my life. My mother. Mom I love you so much. September 14, 2009 a day that'll forever haunt me. Mom! With you I'm strong without you in fighting to maintain my strength. You taught me well I just wanted more time on earth with you. Time for you to see my first born, time for you to see me graduate from college, time for you to see me become a man. Although you're watching over me your physical presence was like none other. The greatest person ever is you. Loyal, kind hearted, sweet, generous, loving and just a great human being. In striving hard to reach your greatness. I miss you so much. I care for about you even more. I love you mom! God willing we shall unite one day in the future and it shall last for all eternity.

Moving seems like a good option!
I've thought it over for quite sometime and it's coming up to that time I set out for myself. I gave myself a two year limit from when I moved back to miami from another state. I told myself if I'm where I want to be I'll stay. The time is quickly approaching and I have yet to reach the goal I set out for myself ever since I returned back to Miami. Once that month hits I'm gone and it's on to the next state. It's hard to stay away from my home state but the time is coming where I need to make a choice to better my future. A new city in a new state seems like the best decision for me. I refuse to stay here and not achieve the gwhat I set out for myself to

I agree with Skip Bayless take kicking out of the game of football!
Im sick and tired of watching great or potentially championship winning teams lose a game because of a kicker. Your entire season resides on the foot of a kicker who's been sitting down and pretending to stretch on the sideline during the entire game while you put your all into every play smashing into your rival over and over again just to benefit your team. Imagine having your entire season rest on the foot of a kicker. Every season it seems to be not just one big game but multiple big games that's lost on the foot of a kicker. I would lose my cool and explode and unleash my anger in the direction of the kicker who lost the game because they couldn't make a kick. A kick that would've extended our season. A kick that would've put us one game closer to the championship. Kicks ruin momentum. Look at the Redskins they were up 11-0 nothing today against the packers the missed the kick and went downhill from there. No ones talking about that but that's what happened. Dudes were on the sidelines saying he missed the extra point are you kidding me. He missed an automatic practice all of the time kick. Trust me those were the thoughts of some of those players and it showed in how effortlessly Greenbay came back. Don't get me wrong Aaron Rodgers is the best quarterback in the league you can't shut him out however you can't tell me that the missed extra point kick didn't have something to do with it. I know it did period. I don't need to do any interviews or write about it over and over again just to get some attention I know it contributed to why washington lost today. Hey NFL do us all a favor and get rid of kicking in football the only kicking needed is the kick offs but with the many concussed athletes who get concussions on kick off we may need to say enough is enough and let's get rid of kick in football. It'll be weird at first but sooner than later we will all get used to it.

Crying on the sideline!
Is it right? Is it wrong? When a man tears his acl, breaks a bone in their body and suffers a season ending injury is it acceptable for them to cry on the sideline? How can you judge a man who's gonna spend the next six months to a year of his life rehabbing? A man who's being taken Away from the sport they know all too well and loves too much? You're not gonna deal with the rehabilitation they're gonna have to go through. You're not gonna be told you're gonna get cut or traded away because of an injury. People don't see things from that player's point of view when I do. The only exception if it's a player who's prone to injury. It gets to the point where you have to give up on him. There's no other choice but to cut ties with that player. Regardless of how good of a person they are. But when it's that vet who's contract is expiring or that rookie who's been on the bench all season until four weeks ago when they made that game changing play now they're on the up and up. However now they're facing a season and possibly career ending injury. An injury that might halt their career. An injury that might prevent them from feeding their family for quite sometime. An injury that might put them out of their league and place them in a position where they must work a normal 9 to 5 just to get by. That's when that college degree comes in handy some may say. But let's be realistic not everyone is built to stand up to the roadblock better known as college. I don't know but if a man suffers an injury and goes to the sideline and cries once they find out what the injury is or just the pain they're dealing with then it's not my place to say if it's right or wrong for a man to cry on the sideline.
